From the RightwayParking.com homepage or the header bar on all pages, select your airport of departure, enter your parking dates and expected arrival and departure times, then click search. The next page will display a list of lots in the selected area. You can click on the name of each facility or the ‘read more’ button to get further details on the property including shuttle service availability, hours of operation, amenities, and other helpful information.

Once you have selected a lot, click the ‘Book It Now’ button. On the next page, please verify the dates and times. The total for your stay will be displayed under the Rate Summary and will depict whether the total will be paid in full or if a deposit is required to reserve the spot with the ‘due on arrival’ line showing what will be due at check-in.

Next, complete steps 1-4 including account, credit card, and billing information. Finally, click the ‘Complete Reservation’ button at the bottom of the page.

It may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your confirmation email/receipt will be displayed; another copy will be sent to the email address provided during check-out. Parking lots often change the drive-up rate based on availability and volume. One of the benefits of making a reservation is that your rate is guaranteed and ‘locked in’, so even if the ‘drive-up rate’ goes up, you’ll pay the rate shown on your confirmation email/receipt.

RightwayParking.com specializes in off-airport and off-cruise port parking and does not facilitate reservations for the airport or Port Authority parking lots. However, there are valet services with curbside airport drop-off listed for some locations.

We do require payment at the time the reservation is made. For some parking lots, you will prepay only a portion of the total at the time you submit the reservation; you will then pay the remaining balance directly to the parking lot. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to check shuttle times and plan accordingly. If the shuttle service does not meet your needs, please arrange alternative transportation to your port.

Return shuttle service is included at those locations offering shuttle service. The return instructions will either be included on your confirmation email/receipt or will be given at check-in depending on which location you have reserved your parking spot.

Many locations offer an average time of departure (ex. every 30 min), however, it may be beneficial to confirm ahead of time with the location by calling the Facility Number on your confirmation email/receipt. The reservation itself cannot be changed once it’s been submitted. The rate on your confirmation email/receipt is guaranteed; however, parking longer than indicated may result in additional charges, payable directly to the parking lot. If you only paid a deposit to secure the reservation and your return date or time has changed, the balance due will be determined by the individual parking lot policy. In many cases, the remaining balance will be calculated when you return, based on the actual length of your stay. However, some parking lots collect the balance at the beginning of your stay and will not provide a refund if your return is earlier than expected.

If your reservation was prepaid in full, the price of the reservation was calculated based on the information you entered when booking. Regrettably, we are not able to offer any refund for an early return.

Due to the parking lots on our websites being independently owned and operated, we are unable to transfer your reservation to another location. You would need to cancel your existing reservation, the $5.99 cancellation fee will apply, and then submit a new reservation at the preferred location. A refund for the canceled reservation will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

Customers can also opt to arrange alternative transportation on their own if shuttle service and times do not meet their needs. Arranging and paying for alternative transportation will be the responsibility of the customer.
