Verified UserA great alternative to the costly parking lots within the BWI airport region. Wait time for the shuttle pick-up going from hotel to airport was a bit lengthy, but I left enough time to allow for any hiccups. I'll definitely be using this option again in the future.

Verified UserI was pleased with the arrangement. Didnāt have to wait long. The driver was helpful and pleasant. Had to turn back after heading toward the airport for a few other passengers at another hotel, but he was considerate to ask if I minded and if I would have enough time to check in for my flight. I did and all worked out well. On my return, we had a full van but each of us were dropped off at our respective vehicles. I would use parkway again

Verified UserThis was my first time using this parking facility. I was very satisfied with the safety of my vehicle and how fast I was picked up from the airport when I returned from my trip. When leaving I arrived 40 min earlier than I wanted to be at the airport, but it took awhile to get there because the two vans were packed with military hotel guest and their gear. So I will just arrive an hour earlier in the future. Customer service leaving was great, but the woman on the phone when I returned sounded like she was having a bad day. No worries, we all do sometimes. Both drivers I had were very polite and helpful. Might want to take care of the check engine light and the tire pressure on the van though. šOverall, I was extremely pleased. Keep up the good work.

Verified UserFirst let me say that overall my experience with parking at the Best Western Plus hotel was good, if I had to say anything that concerned me was the frequency of the shuttle to BWI. Once on the shuttle the ride was smooth and safe; although by the time we arrived at the airport, we almost didnāt make our flight to Detroit. The delay in our arrival to the airport couldāve been contributed to our arrival to the hotel during rush hour. On our return trip back to BWI the pick-up from the airport went off without incident. The next time I fly out of BWI I will utilize Rightway Parking for my parking accommodation.

Verified UserA Rightway email asked me to post a review of our most recent parking experience. Although we had wonderful experiences on each of 7 previous occasions at BWI Best Western Plus, unfortunately this time the driver wouldnāt allow us on our scheduled 5:30am (for which he arrived at 5:40) shuttle causing us to miss our flight. Instead he filled it with many soldiers and their oversized bags, saying they had missed their scheduled 4:30am shuttle due to one of them having been arrested. I wish the driver under that circumstance would have given my wife and I priority and allowed us to squeeze in, requiring one of the soldiers to catch the 6:00am shuttle.
