Shuttle service runs 24 hours a day and is provided to and from the CLT Airport with every reservation.
Guests parking with the hotel can use the hotel amenities, ranging from Wi-Fi access, a comfortable waiting lounge, and clean restrooms.
The property is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.

The shuttle service runs every half-hour (1:00 AM, 1:30 AM, 2:00 AM, Etc.)
Shuttle service is complimentary for up to four passengers. Additional passengers are $5.00 each.
Return instructions will be provided at check-in and in the email/text confirmation.

You will receive an email and text confirmation confirming your parking space is reserved.
Present the email/text confirmation printed out or via a smart device when you arrive.

The Rightway female employee who took me to the airport at 5:30am and also picked me up at Charlotte-Douglas airport at 1:00am is an outstanding employee. I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. She should be commended for working night shift at her age and probably deserves a wage increase. She really made the drop pff and pick up enjoyable especially during this coronavirus period. I just wish I knew her name to provide in this experience review

Fast check in with Van Driver ready to go to airport. Van Driver loaded his passengers and then he loaded the luggage. The trip to and from the airport were on roads that the freeway travelers did not know which made it quick. When you find a jewel you do not want it polished too much. Others will also find and obscure it with overuse and then price increase but for now it is a real jewel. Only neutral comment is the wait at airport on return pickup to Sleep Inn which is the reason for a "4 Star" instead of a "5 Star".

Had a great experience with Sleep Inn. Check in for parking was quick and easy. The shuttle driver waited for us to finish then took us to the airport. He was very pleasant and gave us pointers for our oversea trip. He was prompt when he came back and picked us up. Highly recommend them!

We used them at Charlotte and were greeted politely & processed quickly! The shuttle ran on time to the airport! We called when we had retrieved our luggage & we were picked up quickly considering that it was @ 5:00! Great service you offer at such a reasonable cost!

One of the best type of hospitality and arrangement for me! I was treated so nicely, was informed well, and was taken back and forth to the airport for free. Also, Karen was so nice to chat with me. the price rate was also the best around the airport. All in all, the BEST!
