Check in was simple and fast. The ride to the airport was comfortable and efficient. The driver wasn't very talkative but he was watching the road and the traffic. He got me to the airport without a hitch. When I returned I got my luggage from the claim area and called the number provided. The person who answered told me were to go and to look for a Park Me Fly shuttle bus. I found the designated area but there was no Park Me Fly shuttle. There were plenty of shuttles from every other parking facility. After 20 minutes I called the number and got a recording without an opportunity to leave a voicemail. After another 10 minutes I tried again with the same results. After a couple more call attempts the shuttle arrived and took me and some other travelers to the car lot. It was frustration to have to wait that long and not be able to speak to someone about where the shuttle was.
