Cancellations and refunds
To cancel, log in to your account and click the cancel icon to the right of the reservation you wish to cancel. All cancellations must go through rightwayparking.com, NOT the parking facility. The facility cannot cancel or refund a booking you made through this website.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation's start date and time (the entry time you selected at booking).

Same-day cancellations cannot be processed online. If you booked today and need to cancel today, call our Parking Specialists at (888) 399-9267 or email us at Customerservice@RightwayParking.com.
What you get back: when you cancel within the window above, we refund your prepaid parking and retain the convenience fee plus one day's parking rate. The convenience fee is the service fee shown on your checkout page before payment. It varies by location and property.
What we cannot refund:
· Cancellations requested after your reservation's start date and time.
· Unused reservations and no-shows, whether intentional or not.

We strive to process all refunds within 2 business days. From there it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
