Hey guys! Thank you for the great experience! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and the fellow who picked me up and dropped me off at my car was very polite, helpful, and informative. One small request I have is this: I accidentally booked myself parking one day more than I needed and returned this afternoon instead of Tuesday the 28th. Is there any way I could be refunded for the extra day since it wont be used? Thank you for your time, David

On my last trip I parked at Park DIA, lost my car keys on the shuttle to the airport and did not realize it until I returned 3 days later. The staff was extremely wonderful. They found my keys and kept them safe for me!

Easy to make reservations online, even the same day. The garage was easy to access. Shuttle was waiting nearby as people parked, and was ready to take on passengers immediately. We were quickly and efficiently transferred to the airport terminal by a friendly driver. Upon my return, I texted the number on the card I was given by the driver, and a shuttle was available to take me back to the parking facility in 10 minutes. (they service east and west terminals) Again, the driver was cheerful and efficient. The only snag was when I was ready to depart, it was after midnight and there was a bit of a line of vehicles waiting to get out the gate serviced by a person. Since we paid through Parkingway for the Park DIA garage, we had to use that line to show our parking was prepaid. But it was only a few minutes, and very easily done. I will definitely use Parkingway again.

The lot was easy enough to get into, though we got a little turned around trying to find the entrance we were supposed to use. The shuttle service was very polite & helpful.

I booked my parking for 9 days over Thanksgiving break with Rightway Parking, paying in full upfront. However when I picked up my car and left the lot, the Park DIA attendant told me I owed an additional amount of just under $10 because of “blackout dates”. Thankfully I contacted Rightway Parking customer service, who promptly and helpfully refunded that amount, for which I was extremely grateful! Normally Park DIA are super efficient and the shuttles are always available at both drop off and pickup. I use this facility every time I fly.

I like its being < 10 minutes to the terminal ! The rate is also much lower (for uncovered lot) than a place I had been using that past 3 years which was some 20 minutes away. I will use ParkDIA going forward for sure. Driver was courteous .

Great service! We were very impressed with the clarity and simpleness of using Rightway Parking. We do think their could be improvement with instructions for the specific parking garage (what to do when you get there/check in process for that specific business). But for DIA parking specifically the staff we spoke with were all very helpful and cordial.
