My car was safe, and my experience with the parking staff was excellent. When I drove in, there was a car stuck at the gate in front of me. A staff member came out to solve the problem within minutes. On my way out of the lot, after my trip, I was the one stuck at the gate. I could not find my reservation in my emails and I didn't have a ticket either. I called the number and was answered immediately. The staff member found my information quickly and I was on my way. Thank you for streamlining the process even for those of us who aren't all that together after their scurrying around trying to leave or come home !
