While we have always had an excellent experience with Rightway, this latest one was not so much. First, we had a very long wait time at the airport for pickup faded on the following things. First, was not told and did not realize the pickup was by the Four Points by Sheraton driver so was not looking for that vehicle. Second, the driver who contacted us by phone did not have a good command of the English language and was clearly not understandable. Third, the black Sheraton pickup van was stopped at the other end of the pickup area but was not seen in the dark. Since we could not understand the driver, was not aware he was waiting in the dark. Altogether, not a good experience this time.

Parking at Four Points by Sheraton on Stirling was a great choice. Easy location to get to, close to the airport , plus delivery by their transport to and from the airport. Pickup wait time at the airport not excessive and friendly drivers. Will use this location again and highly recommend. A+++
