Very easy to leave my car here and safe. I parked in the parking garage. My only complaint would be that the shuttle service is not 24 hours

best location of any offsite parking we have found for cruising venues. Only problem we had was when we reached the exit gate; no one was manning the booth and swiping the parking ticket did not open the exit gate. Fortunately the entrance gate was broken and by backing up to a point that I could exit on the entrance side solved the problem. Access to I 595 was very easy. I would use this location for future cruises without question.

This was a GREAT garage location to leave our car at and the service to the airport was excellent! The directions I printed out upon booking were so easy to follow. Everything is spelled out in detail. When we arrived at the garage, we called for the shuttle and the driver was already there. Upon returning, the same thing... the driver gave us clear instructions as to where to wait at the airport for the pick up. And the drivers are very knowledgeable about the area also. It was SO EASY!! Thank you for such great service!

Quick pickups and polite drivers. Locations for pickups could be better explained and registration of your car at the front desk of the hotel when parking the car was necessary and not explained. When dropping off your car go to the lobby to register your car with the hotel and to receive the gate pass for exiting the garage upon return.

I am very pleased with my decision to park my car at the Renaissance Ft. Lauderdale Airport Hotel. I checked out other ways to get to the airport(90 miles from my home), but found that driving myself was the quickest and cheapest way to get there. After investigating several parking options near the airport, I decided on this hotel, as a parking garage seemed more secure to me, and they had a free shuttle to the airport. I purchased my reservation online on the same day as travel. Arriving at the parking garage(which is directly behind the hotel), and getting in, was easy(ticket machine with gate). I called for the shuttle, and he arrived within 10 minutes for transport to my gate at the airport. Returning 3 weeks later, I called the shuttle again, and he arrived quickly. Checking out was simple at the hotel front desk, and I was gone. I paid $114 total, which I thought was a bargain, and my car was safe. I will use this for all my FLL trips and would highly recommend parking here.

The whole experience went well. One suggestion that the written instructions should include how to validate the parking ticket. The driver did not know

parking was easy and safe. Drivers were courteous and punctual. Exit gate did not function properly and required hotel personnel to open the gate.
