I don’t rate 5 because we had to wait at the airport 0ne hour to take us to the hotel to pick the car up .

It was the first time I parked my car in Fairfield, and it was a great experience. It was quick and without complications. I got a ride to the airport and back. I will definitely park there again!

What a great resource!! Parking and getting to the airport could not have been any easier. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the drivers were very nice and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have the sign in paperwork available (maybe via email or on your web page) so that we could have it ready when we got there. I will definitely being using this service in the future.

Very convenient location. Clean lobby waiting area. Shuttle driver on time for airport departure and upon our return, same driver was at airport within 10 minutes of our call for pick up. Driver very friendly, helpful. Price paid for the week was very reasonable.

I left my car here for 5 days. The process was super simple and the hotel staff was very competent and helpful. The shuttle service was very prompt and picked me up from the airport 25 min after I called.

Parking was close to the FLL airport and was safe. Staff was friendly and even offered us coffee while we waited for shuttle.

Parking was very easy. You go I side talk to the person behind the desk who at 5am was very pleasant and explained everything. She was wonderful. There were bathrooms to use and coffee and water. After you are done you park it yourself in a space. They leave the hotel every hour to bring you to the airport so plan accordingly. As soon as I got my luggage I called the number and the wait for pickup was 15 mins. I will deff be parking there again.
