The person at the desk the night before explained about the shuttle schedule. We got to Dulles on time. Then, after over two weeks, I called the morning of and the driver ended up coming thirty minutes early--two trips in one hour-- to get me because I missed the scheduled pick up. Again, the people at the desk were also kind and helpful. It was a true bargain, also."
