I would have picked a different location had I known that there was extensive construction adjoining the parking area and that the shuttle only ran once an hour. Otherwise met my needs, but I will not use this facility again.

The experience was amazing and hassle free. Went there parked car took shuttle within 5 minutes and on way back shuttle was already outside waiting ! The parking place is secure. I will be using it for upcoming travels for sure !

Very convenient parking experience. We out of Dulles in the early hours so we stayed at the hotel and didn't have to move the car or anything. Everything was handled by the front desk and the shuttle was prompt and comfortable. No issues retrieving the car was as simple as getting in it and driving away. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt I must. This was a 27 days parking reservation for our SUV. These guys are simply provide you with the best possible customer service out there! At first I hesitated making a reservation because of a 15 min distance from the airport, but looking back it was absolutely worth it. The shuttle drivers are extremely nice and the hotel staff is very professional and helpful. Will definitely do business again!
