The Springhill suites is an excellent choice for long and short-term airport parking at the Washington Dulles International Airport. 

Guests parking at the hotel can use the hotel amenities which include Wi-fi access, restrooms and a comfortable waiting lounge.

The hotel is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.

Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport within shuttle hours with every reservation.

Shuttle service runs between 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM 365 days a year. 

Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.g 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30)

We were treated really well upon arrival at the hotel and our drop off at the airport was wonderful. Upon return, our experience was "meh." Starting with the call we made upon our return. No one wants to be put into an automated phone queue, but that's what you get. Eventually, you do get a live person who quickly tells you where to eventually find your driver. It's quite a walk, but that's no fault of Rightway. But we waited for quite a while. It seemed every other hotel shuttle except ours came by while we waited and waited. After traveling for 20 hours from overseas, it seems like an eternity. This, above everything else matters to travelers - and waiting endlessly and not knowing if there might have been some misunderstanding - it frames a customers entire mindset about long-term parking. Quick pickup at the airport and managing expectations accurately is important to weary travelers and there is definitely room for improvement in the use-experience with Springhill Suites. This is our 2nd experience with this venue.

Parking was cheap and easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we waited a long time for the shuttle when we were returning. My 75 year old husband had no help with our luggage which was difficult for him. I don’t think our driver was strong enough to help my husband which is why she didn’t help him.

Parking was quick and easy. Shuttle van ride to airport, dropped off right at my designated flight entrance. Called for shuttle upon returning. Promptly picks you up at the designated airport location. Drops you off and assist with baggage from shuttle van. Great experience
