Overall service was very good. Booking via the app was easy. The parking lot is semi-covered, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The shuttle pickup and drop-off are by the entrance to the lot, which makes it easier if you carry heavy luggage. Will definitely use this service again!

My experience with the parking facility was largely positive, particularly regarding the ease of online reservation. However, a significant inconvenience arose during my return journey, as I encountered a one-hour wait for the shuttle service. This required two calls to the hotel to inquire about the shuttle's arrival, which was particularly challenging at 2 AM.

A great, smooth parking experience. When we initially arrived to park, the Shuttle driver picked us up on the top level of the parking deck. Upon our return two weeks later, we only had a brief wait at IAD before shuttle arrived.
