Verified UserMy wife and I used IAD Crown Plaza parking from 3/29-4/9/26. When we arrived to the parking lot the shuttle van was there and we immediately had our suitcases loaded into the van by a very polite and pleasant driver. We were at IAD airport in about 10-15 minutes. On our return flight we arrived at the designated pickup location and just as I was about to call the IAD Crown Plaza phone number as directed, we saw the shuttle van with the same driver and once again our suitcases were loaded into the van and we were back to the parking lot in 10-15 minutes. It was our first time using IAD Crown Plaza for parking and it certainly will not be our last.

Verified UserParking price is right. There is one detail though. There is no elevator at the parking garage. Thus, if you have more than one carry on bag, you will have a hard time bringing them to the shuttle.

Verified UserThe hotel was accommodating since our arrival occurred in the very early morning. The indoor space was nice, but something from the ceiling (salt?) dripped onto my car. The shuttle driver was difficult to deal with.
