Verified UserThe Hyatt Regency Dulles was very easy to get to via google maps and the directions from their text to me. Parking was right next to the hotel and the front desk staff had a sign in sheet at the desk and explained where to park. The shuttle was directly in front of the entrance to the hotel and was on time and very close to Dulles. Pick up was exactly where we were told to wait and on time. Both drivers were very polite and helpful with our luggage. Highly recommend it!
