This venue provides covered parking. Timed shuttle is dependable. Proximity to IAD is almost as good as on site long term parking. A good accommodation and well recommended.

The whole parking experience was exceptional. The staff efficiently handled our registration, explained where to park, and provided information about how to contact them upon return. The shuttle arrived as advertised, both leaving and upon our return. This is definitely a more cost effective way to park your car.

Both shuttle drivers were great. The clerk on night duty went above and beyond helpng us find a room nearby when we got in late and they were fully booked. This was the second time using this lot and both times went totally smoothly. I recommend them.

A service we have used many times and have found to be much more convenient than contending with Airport traffic. An enjoyable and inexpensive way to avoid the additional hassle of travel. Thank you Crown Plaza for excellent service, on time every time.

Parking was close to the airport and my car was safe. While I was gone for 6 days. The parking lot was maybe a block away from hotel. And the lot is safe. The shuttle was on time taking and picking up. I booked again for February 2019 ...and the rates are very affordable..57 dollars for one week...well worth it
