Very reasonable and polite. All instructions are clear. Just allow extra time for the shuttle to arrive and travel time to the airport.

This is my 2nd time using Maas Parking. They are great and prompt each time when I arrived back from my trip! The driver's are courteous and helpful. The window attendant is kind! I will use them when I fly out of Salt Lake.
