Shuttle service is available from 4:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
You MUST call atleast 24 hours prior to your reservation to schedule the shuttle.
Once your reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

Verified UserWhen we return to SLC it took 5 calls to double tree and 15 minutes before they actually answered the phone to schedule the driver pickup. I'm sure it was when people were checking onto their rooms. They need to have someone answer phones whenever they are too busy!
