The parking is next to the Renaissance Hotel with Quick & Safe Parking Management in the parking garage on the roof. This is uncovered parking.
The parking is secure and monitored 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of your vehicle.

Shuttle Information
For prompt shuttle service, you will need to call 954-234-7856 to arrange for a shuttle on the way to the property.
Parking to Cruise Port:
Shuttle hours 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
The first shuttle to the Port begins at 10:00 am, and the last shuttle is at 3:00 pm.
Shuttles run on the hour every hour (10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, Etc.)
This location provides a complimentary Shuttle service; however, the customer will need to call the shuttle number. Please be aware of shuttle hours.
*Please wait at the main entrance of the parking facility for the shuttle. Shuttles are passing by every hour, and all vehicles are marked Q&S Parking.
Guests Arriving Back From Their Cruise.
Shuttle hours 6:00 am - 11:00 am
Please disembark your cruise ship in a timely matter to avoid traffic delays.
Shuttles run on the hour every hour (6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am, Etc.)
Shuttles will still pick up past 11:00 am but can be heavy delays due to cruisers setting sail.

All good! Things went very smoothly. The hotel was in a convenient location, was easy to find, the shuttle to the cruise terminal was prompt, communication went well. There were plenty of parking spots available. Highly recommend!

All went well until we arrived back on a Sunday looking for a shuttle that said RITEWAY parking on the shuttle bus. We almost missed the shuttle bus because it said PARKWAY on it, not RITEWAY. The driver was in the bus and ready to leave until another passenger told us that this was for RITEWAY also. We should have been told about this. Other than that, everything went well.
