Parking with Q & S is an economical place to park, and you don't have to deal with the chaos at the port. There can be a bit of a wait, but that is understandable when the van does a loop of the parking facilities and the different ships. Unfortunately, at the port, we had to stand for a time, with no shade. (That's on the port, not Q & S.) The staff is nice, and very helpful.

Problem with pick-up at cruise terminal Ft. Lauderdale.operated got very testy and would not pick us up.Needed to take taxi were car was parked cost us $25.00. We stated were we where several times and the security personnel at the pick-up and drop area never saw the van come by we waited over 1 as nd a half

The driver was very nice. To be a little bit more on time. But I know it's hard when there's probably only one vehicle. But he was a great driver and I would use you all parking lot again

This was my second time using Rightway Parking at Port Everglades. I had a little difficulty finding the parking area at the back of the Embassy Suites, but that could have been user error. Other than that I was very happy with the entire experience. Pickup at the beginning and end of the trip was quick and efficient, I am happy to recommend them and will continue to use these services whenever I have need to leave out of Fort Lauderdale as they are very economical for cruisers.

Pick up behind Embassy Suites and delivery to the ship were great. The driver should tell us that pick up for back to the ship is in the Non-private shuttle area. The area he mentioned wasn't accurate. I've used Rightway for the last two cruises from FLL and waited a long time for the shuttle back to my car. I've waited and seen multiple smaller shuttles from other companies came and went while I waited. You have large busses so we all got on so I guess your algorithm works for you.

Parked behind the Embassy Suites Hotel and called for shuttle pickup. Only waited about 10 minutes. Arrived right at cruise ship within 10 more minutes. Would recommend this service.

PARKING WAS OK. THE SHUTTLE TO GO TO THE SHIP WAS A REASONABLE TIME BUT ON THE RETURN FROM THE SHIP WE WERE OUTSIDE BY 9:30 SO I CALLED FOR THE SHUTTLE TO PICK US UP. THERE WAS NO ANSWER AFTER 10 OCLOCK SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE SAYING THAT SOMEBODY WOULD BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES IT TOOK 90 MINUTES AND 2 MORE PHONE CALLS TO FINALE THE DRIVER SHO UP
