While I was not used to the valet parking and retrieve my car, the experience was good. We did not receive the text message to be picked up but we were able to call and We were picked up at the airport promptly .

MS Parking said they would send us texts with a link to use when we returned to claim our cars. I never got the text. My daughter got the text, but when we returned she clicked on the link and it didn't work. Otherwise, all went well.

It was easy and efficient to locate and check in to the facility. Luckily, it was not crowded so I completed the check in with ease. Although the shuttle driver was on his phone the whole tide to the airport, it was still fine. Upon return from my vacation, the returning shuttle was also a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, my car was ready in the front and check out went quickly.

Easy to book. Pick up times are longer than their 10 minute statement but not by much. Pick up was closer to 15 minutes to and from the airport. Pick up was just as easy as drop off. I would use their service again.
