We had our flight cancelled and had to rent a car to get back to Philly and we were 6.5 hours later to get my vehicle. I called earlier to let the front desk know and I spoke with Camelia (I know I spelled wrong, sorry). She was great and the young woman who helped me in the wee hours was fabulous wish I got her name! I only have great things to say about your facility!!!! "

"After having two nightmare experiences with another local remote airport parking facility, we decided to try the remote parking at the Double Tree Hotel/Philadelphia. For the most part, we were very pleased! When we arrived for our departure flight, we drove right into the parking lot and found plenty of parking. We were not far from the front of the hotel, where the vans pick up passengers to take to the airport. We made it to the airport in plenty of time. On the return journey, we waited only 5 minutes for a van and were back at our car in no time. The only hitch (that kept me from giving 5 stars) is that the departure gate was not working and it took maybe 7-10 minutes to exit your parking lot. But otherwise, we were very pleased! "
