Verified UserThis was our first time parking at MS Parking. The shuttle arrived minutes after we checked in and the driver was very kind and helpful. Upon return, I called for the shuttle and it arrived within 15 minutes as advised. The parking lot itself is in a little disrepair and the spots themselves are small leaving not more than 24inches between cars. That said, my car was never dinged so I was very happy. I would use them again.

Verified UserThe attendant and drivers were courteous. I was traveling alone in the middle of the night and I felt safe. I never had a long wait time for the shuttle, in either direction. I parking facility was easy enough to find. The shuttle vans were in fair condition. For the price, I have no complaints and would book there again.

Verified UserVery overcrowded with limited spots if you got there for an 11am flight. Overgrown grounds had to park on high grass in hopes there was not concrete block under all of the grass that would cause damage to car. Service was pretty good as far as interaction and pickup was super fast!
