"This was our first time parking at MS Parking. The shuttle arrived minutes after we checked in and the driver was very kind and helpful. Upon return, I called for the shuttle and it arrived within 15 minutes as advised. The parking lot itself is in a little disrepair and the spots themselves are small leaving not more than 24inches between cars. That said, my car was never dinged so I was very happy. I would use them again."
