Reserve parking at Regal Parking Philadelphia Airport

I am very very happy with the service I receive at Regal. Everyone is kind and prompt. Does not get any better. ❤️❤️❤️

Pick-up was great. Drop off was was a little confusing. Also an indoor waiting area with some seats would help - nobody wants to stand outside in the summer heat with their luggage waiting for the shuttle van to pick them up. Price was good.

Regal parking is good. I would recommend asking what type of vehicle and spot sizes because when we arrived with our Tahoe they had to send us to ARB for a spot. That cuts into time to catch your flight. Know what size car is expected and have that spot reserved. But other than that good experience.

Reservation was a breeze online and pick up was quick and uncomplicated. Great price for our reserved parking. Courteous driver.

Safe and reliable parking

We have used Regal Airport parking many times over the years. They have always been friendly, courteous, and efficient. I will certainly use them again

I ended up not flying back into Philly and instead drove up from Florida. When I picked up my car, my tire was flat. The man working offered to help with the air compressor you guys have. I had my own but unfortunately when I went to use it, the hose had a hole and it would not fill up my tire. I was able to use the air compressor on site and was on my way. Thank you so incredibly much for your help. I use you guys every time I fly and this past visit makes it even more worth it. Thanks again!

We had a very positive experience at Regal Parking last year so we booked a spot there again and were not disappointed. Our departure flight time was changed from 7:10pm to 4:35pm. We were permitted to park our car earlier than we booked. We also got a very close spot to the shuttle van which was great since my husband has neuropathy and uses walking sticks to aid him. The shuttle was timely and quick, and when we arrived back at PHL we only had to wait 17 min for the retun shuttle. I was very pleased with the service! We will be using Regal Parking again!

This is I think the 3rd time we've used this parking company for our parking when leaving from PHL airport. Its near the airport, the shuttle is always running so we've never had a problem with getting there on time from the parking lot, and they have a link to click after you arrive to let them know you are there and waiting pickup. However, the appearance of the van and sometimes the drivers, drops my review one star. The appearance of our company, and our employees, can go a long way for people using our services, and can show our professionalism in what we do. Cleaning the van, keeping it running safely, having friendly drivers? All can go a long way with customers.

Arrive at the parking lot, check-in, and wait for about 10-min for the shuttle taking me to the airport terminal. On the way back, click the link provided in the text message during the check-in, to notify the pick up terminal. I waited for about 6-min for the shuttle to show-up. The shuttle was full, so there is a chance you may need to wait for the next one if too many passengers arrived at the same time. (note: Regal and MS parking share the same shuttle service, so there is MS parking sign on the shuttle, not Regal parking)

This is the second time I've used regal and in both cases the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and the transportation is prompt. I highly recommend.
