"Parking was convenient and easy. After you check in you park your own car. The shuttle was waiting for my husband and I after we parked the car. The wait at the airport was a little long when we returned from our trip. I called at 2:08 pm for pick up and we were picked up at 2:45pm. We were told there would be a bit of a wait. She was leaving the hotel to drop off people for their flight and she swung around and grabbed us afterwards. My car key was returned taped shut. I have the kind of key that you push a button to pop the key out and they just handed me the key taped shut with the claim card on back of the key holder. It was not standard tape and it was difficult to peel off. I feel the attendant who handed me the key should have removed the tape. It would be better to use string or a plastic tie that to make my key holder sticky. I will use them again and will probably verball suggest them not to tape my key holder. I was unable to get my key out of the holder due to it being taped shut so I could not start my car and work on removing the tape later. "

"I called 267-298-1700 when I returned had picked up my luggage and was standing outside at #4 and was ready to be picked up. I was told the next shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. Actual time was 30 minutes. When the shuttle arrived, the driver parked a full lane away from the sidewalk. He made no attempt to walk to the sidewalk to help with our luggage. That left me, a senior, struggling to get both of my suitcases off of the sidewalk and to the van. "
