"Parking at Jet Stream PHL was easy and almost flawless (emphasis on almost.) When I arrived, although I had paid in advance, I had not received an email from Rightway in order to scan and enter the parking lot. An employee got me in and handed me a card with phone number to call at the end of my trip after I had baggage in hand . I followed those instructions to a tee. The shuttle came relatively quickly to pick me up. The second problem occurred when I was trying to leave the lot. Again, I did NOT receive another email from Rightway with a QR code to scan my way out of the parking lot. The Jet Stream employee did not believe that I had not received said email/QR code and gave me a hard time. I had gotten up at 3:30am for an early morning flight from Portland, OR. I was tired and just wanted to get out of the lot and drive about an hour home. Finally, the snarky Jet Stream employee checked my name and admitted that I had paid in advance, so she allowed me to leave the lot. I would have given five stars but for this snafu. The employee's attitude was disappointing. Otherwise, the shuttle drivers were great; the parking was great."
