However, while fluctuation in wait times for shuttles is understandable, some inconsistency was noted during peak hours, causing slight delays. It would be beneficial if the shuttle's response times could keep up consistently with the advertised 10-minute intervals. Finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge when they are at full capacity, which speaks to their popularity but can be inconvenient. Instructions given upon arrival were clear but having an attendant walk-through procedures might help first-timers. The online reservation process through RightwayParking.com was smooth, though presenting the digital confirmation to the attendant could have been expedited, as connectivity issues may arise.
