Shuttle Service to and from the airport is included with every reservation.

Shuttle service runs every 20-30 minutes (E.g, 4:00 AM, 4:20 AM, 4:40 AM, etc.)

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

The recommended arrival time at the hotel is 2.30 hrs for domestic and 3.5 hours for international.

Great drivers. But I forgot my water bottle in the return trip to the hotel. And I also didn’t have any change to give a tip. But still good overall I highly recommend it as better than the stupid parking garage at the airport.

The whole process is pretty simple & having the use of the free shuttle is very convenient! There was a change of plan when we found out we needed to put a tag on the car, which makes sense but was new. And there’s a discrepancy between what we were told for shuttle times & the actual times, so we were cutting it closer than anticipated to catch our flight. But the folks are nice & the overall service was well worth it.
