Very accommodating. Ride to airport and return trip happened in a very timely manner. Will use this service again. Rightway should inform hotel of reservations. Upon arrival, hotel did not have a record of us, but handled us perfectly. Thank you.

Drop off: Information provided was inaccurate but made sense when explained why there are no tags left in car. Parking location was clear. The hotel was accommodating and friendly. Pickup: Amazing! The driver was friendly, quick, took us to the vehicle and assisted with bags. He was fantastic!

Parking our truck was easy! When we arrived we parked the truck, went inside to check in, and had the shuttle come and pick us up and take us safely to the airport. When we came back from vacationing at Key West, the shuttle was there to take us back to our truck with ease! Would recommend this service for anyone traveling at the airport!

We recently parked at the Double Tree, Portland, Maine for a trip we took. It could not have been easier. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly, as were the shuttle drivers. When we returned home to Maine, we called the hotel number and the shuttle bus was already on its way to pick us up. Superb service!!
