Shuttle service runs from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 365 days a year.

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes (E.g., 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 Etc.)

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

The parking at Element Miami worked out really well. We especially like the shuttle to the airport which was timely both ways. The driver was very good. The employees at the desk were well informed and gave very good directions about where to park and what to do upon return from our trip. It was a flawless experience.

Great experience. We found the parking easy and smooth parked the car in safe and clean area. Hotel staff was friendly and explained the process. When we came back from our 2 weeks trip car was safe and everything went smoothly. Shuttle to and back from Miami airport was free and convenient. I would recommend 100 %

Great service with one flaw. That would be the shuttle service. When we arrived from overseas and called the number to the hotel, we got disconnected every time using two different phones so we could not call the shuttle. Instead, we took an Uber, which was only $15 so no big deal and it was faster anyway but I think the shuttle surface needs to be improved.

Everything was fine except when we came back to MIA, called the number to get rides, no one picked up phones. Called several times. Finally I had to get Uber to go to Element Hotel to pick up my car

Element Miami Airport parking was a wonderful experience. Prompt, courteous and efficient. They informed us that as handicapped eope, we could use their parking service for no charge. They were, however worth every dime if the amount we paid. We booked through an online service they did not tell us of the handicapped benefit, but the Element did. Drop off and puck up drivers were right on the money. GREAT SERVICE
