Verified UserParking lot with completely full when I arrived. I had to be helped by the security guard to find a parking spot that was apparently reserved. The only one left. It was a scary moment as I almost lose my shuttle to the airport. The person after me had to leave the car outside the lobby, not sure what they did with it afterwards. Shuttled to and from the airport were on time.

Verified UserExcellent !! The only problem was the initial drop off at the terminal. Maybe we misunderstood, but the shuttle drop off was from our airline. Getting out of the gate at the hotel was also troubling. The scanning didn’t work for us and a few people in front of us.
