The spaces were very small (most for compact cars only. Shuttle wait time depends when you get there, but every half hour, all day and night. On return you have to call the shuttle # and then they pick you back up. Waited about 15 minutes wasn't bad at all. I will use them again and would recommend to my friends.

The only problem with this parking lot is the time coming and going to SFO. The shuttles picks up every hotel in the area it seems. And if you do not get that you can miss your flight. Luckily we had plenty of time to kill

we rolled up while the shuttle was in the lot. The staff at hotel got me settled fast and the shuttle waited just a minute and literally saved me from missing my flight!! fast, friendly & clean!

Overall experience wonderful. My only concern was the shuttle drive from the Embassy Suites to International Terminal took about 30 minutes. A lot longer than the 20 minutes then I expected. It was the last stop on the route with several other hotels, and domestic terminals, people loading and unloading. When I added in the wait time of 15min, it took 45 min after I parked the car to get to the international terminal. I had enough time luckily. I will use again in the future, but this time give myself plenty of more time to arrive. Thanks!

The logistics were a little confusing at first. Walking through the hotel would be easier with better signage! The shuttle had 5 stops prior to the airport. The return was much faster. Overall staff was helpful . Maybe use more signage and inform guest of stops ahead of time. Will definitely use again.

Nice, secure lot. Spaces are small but workable. Wait time for shuttle is a little long since it has to go to 5 different hotels for pick up. Otherwise, great place for long term parking. Will use again, but I will show up a little earlier instead.

Shuttle schedule is once every 30 minutes. We were running a bit late for the departure, so took a Lyft instead of waiting about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, not knowing how many more stops the shuttle would make before dropping us at the terminal. On the return trip, we waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Hotel desk staff were efficient in handling the parking paperwork and explaining the procedures.

Pretty close to the airport. We were able to park really close to the front entrance. Got lucky when we landed and the hotel shuttle was at the street pickup already. Make sure you know the street of your hotel that you park at. There are 2 different Embassy suites.

So my experience when I arrived at the hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle was there right when I was ready to leave at the airport. However, upon my return, the shuttle showed up and I was already waiting when it showed up. It stopped for 2 seconds, didn't open its' doors and took off. I then called the hotel to find out about the shuttle and told them what happened. They said they'll let the manager know and then they gladly arranged for an Uber to pick me up and bring me back to the hotel so I wouldn't wait around. I was very grateful for that and glad I had called them! Will be using them again
