This was my first successful park and fly experience. Previously I paid an online sight only to have another park and fly say they were full after I arrived there early morning for a flight. Express parkway experience was a positive one. Although it was very dark at 3:30 am and I thought they were closed they were there. The shuttle took me to the airport in a timely manner and they were there for me when I arrived back in town after me trip. I will be using them going forward as I no longer have to worry about having a safe place to leave my vehicle. Thank you

We were very happy with everything. When we fly out of Oakland in the future, we'll definitely use you again. The overall process was very easy. The shuttle was very timely, and the drivers in both directions were very courteous. I would suggest one thing, when we got off of the freeway, we passed the location and had to flip a U-turn. I don't think Rightway is clearly marked and the address was difficult to see. We know where you are now. Just something to consider for you to consider new customers.

Surprisingly close to highway 880 on 98th street with a little overhead cover and surprisingly close to the terminal via the 4F shuttle stop. Remember to KEEP your ticket in a safe retrieveable place for ease of return.

Had a very pleasant experience, check in was smooth, and we got a shuttle to the airport within 10 minutes. Same for when we were at the airport. Will definitely book again in the future!!

We found the service to be very good. There was no wait being transported to the airport. The shuttle when we returned came quickly. The driver who picked us up was very accommodating when we returned. We were the last riders and he took us right to our car and helped with the luggage.
