First time using this parking company and although I am not a fan of outside parking, the shuttle service was fast and efficient and upon return and check out, the customer service was personable and very helpful. If I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be AC on the shuttle or open windows. The heat in the van was unbearable. Great Job everywhere else!

This is my favorite place to park. I never have to worry about who is picking me up from the airport. I also get help with putting my luggage in my car.

Everything was easy as long as you allot time as suggested. Very important to keep your ticket stub as the number you need to call is on the stub for the shuttle to come pick you up. I will use it again when needed in the future. Thank you so much!

The shuttle bus magically appeared while I was still parking. I was quickly transported to the air terminal. Upon return from my travels my wait for the shuttle was very quick. All in all, I had a very good experience.

The shuttle and the check in process are very easy. Never had an issue with my vehicle after leaving it for up to ten days. However, this time checking out for some reason.The ticket wasn't scanning.Even though it showed a zero balance on the screen, and it took five minutes for the person to come on.And finally, let us open the gate and get out.

I like the close proximity and convenience of the parking lot to the airport. I also like the friendliness of the staff. I am more familiar with the location and now I can use it whenever I have the requirement to fly from Oakland.

The ride and pickups were wonderful, your buses seats need to be cleaned. Lots of stains etc…. , on the seats. Other than that all went well.

Express Park Fly OAK parking facility is conveniently close to the Oakland airport. Easy to purchase parking in advance online, find parking location, park, and the wait for the shuttle to the airport was minimal. When arrived back to OAK the shuttle was already there with no wait. Will use Express Park Fly OAK again! Thank you.
