"It was so easy and efficient to park at Express parking. It was close to the airport. It was easy to get in park your car and immediately get on the shuttle for the airport. And it was so convenient to have the shuttle waiting when we arrived back to the airport and got us to our car so quickly. The staff was friendly as well. Great experience! And great price!"

"First time using this parking company and although I am not a fan of outside parking, the shuttle service was fast and efficient and upon return and check out, the customer service was personable and very helpful. If I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be AC on the shuttle or open windows. The heat in the van was unbearable. Great Job everywhere else! "

However, this time checking out for some reason. The ticket wasn't scanning.Even though it showed a zero balance on the screen, and it took five minutes for the person to come on.And finally, let us open the gate and get out."

"Shuttle experience both ways was very good. We were surprised though by the change in the arrival process where we had to bring our luggage to a kiosk and the shuttle would pick us up there rather than driving to where we had parked. We decided to drop the luggage there with one of us and then go park and walk back. Upon returning , the shuttle dropped us at the car. "

"Amazingly smooth service. I didn't wait 5 minutes on either leg of my trip. The lot is very close to Oakland International Airport, so it;s a very short shuttle trip. Super easy access from 98th Avenue and I-880. One suggestion is to add a sign visible from 98th Avenue that says "Rightway Parking"."
