Rightway Parking, in my confirmation, included the phone number (804) 226-6500, as the number to call once I returned to the airport to get the hotel shuttle. back to Four Points by Sheraton RIC to retrieved my care. Unfortunately, this was the manager's number. After 5 calls leaving messages, getting very frustrated, I called the Rightway Parking Customer Service number, and was advised the correct number to call was (804) 226-4300. The representative indicated apparently the correct number had not been updated in the system. Once she gave me the correct number, the driver was there immediately to pick me up. Other than the fact, this was a grave inconvenience, because I waited an hour in the cold until I got the correct number and was picked up and taken to the hotel. I would like to compliment the gentlemen who picked me up. He was very cordial, professional, and I appreciated his attention and patience as I explained to him what had happened to me.
