Had a great experience, both with the Rightway reservation system and the folks at the Hilton property. The front desk clerk was helpful, offering us coffee and a clean place to wait. The shuttle driver (DJ?) was actually the general manager of the Home2 property, and told us that he had just signed up to be a Rightway host. He asked several questions about our experience with Rightway, and invited us to use his facility again. Nothing but good to report on both ends of our trip...!
