Easy to book and our cars were safe for all 11 days! I do wish they offered more instructions regarding what you need to park. I’ve parked at another hotel recently that just required me to put my receipt in the window, but Hyatt House had me bring it inside & gave me a specific tag. No big deal and easy to figure out, but would be nice to know up front!
