Reserve parking at Hyatt House Nashville

Parking at Hyatt House was fine, but you do have to stop in to get a validation code as the Hyatt House uses a different parking system.

Luckily things worked out for us when we arrived. I had a reservation from the previous day. When I got there, (4am) there was literally only a couple of spots left and at first they were not even sure about that. We had to quickly unpack and get the car back around before someone else took the available space. There was a car coming in and I had my son run and stand in the space we were supposed to get. When I asked what would have happened if they were out of spaces, they said they would have returned our cost, but we would have been out of luck. For this reason I give a 4 star. Other then the close call, we were happy about the service. They took us to the airport and picked us up once we got back. Note: we did have to wait a bit and luckily did call the Hyatt and they said someone would be in route. (11:30 pm) When I asked the shuttle guy if they automatically come to the pickup area every 30 minutes, he said they do not unless they know someone is waiting. He said it saved gas. So my advise is to call Hyatt once you land and tell them to send someone. I would recommend calling an hour before you are going to drop off vehicle and make sure they have a space for you. I can't imagine the chaos it would have been if they ran out of spaces when we arrived. This 4 star rating would have went to one and I would have been angry. Other than that, the parking lot seemed secure and our car was undamaged when we returned. It was under $100 for the 7 1/2 days, so it is definitely cheaper than some alternatives. I would use them again, but now I know what to expect.

I travel half the year and have left my vehicle there. Very safe parking, highly recommend.

User friendly website, friendly and helpful hotel staff (for those of us lagging behind in tech abilities), affordable rates, free shuttle service to and from airport, comfortable hotel lounge area, secure and well lit parking providing peace of mind. An overall positive experience, will use again for future travels.

The Hyatt House Nashville has a great location. It is clean and well lit for those night time pick up.
