I arrived at facility just as shuttle starting to deliver patron to PDX. Personnel signaled me to office area, indicating they would valet park my vehicle (I’d never done that before)then loaded me & bags making sure I knew I had everything & delivered us in jig time to terminal. Upon return, shuttle driver notified when already en route to a pick up so no car keys in hand; however, commica-tions on board made it a minute stop for office personnel to come out to hand keys to driver! Great job & pleasant dialogue to & from.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the courtesy of delivering me right to my car, making sure the car started and then clear instructions about how to exit the parking lot. All the staff I met were pleasant and efficient.
