Verified UserThe only thing that made me nervous was checking in. We arrived at 4, and the shuttle left at 4:20, but in that 20 minutes there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We called from the airport and got it sorted, but I was nervous the entire time because the employee seemed irritated with us as if it was our fault we weren’t able to put the parking ticket on our dash. But when we got home the car was there. Shuttle was easy.

Verified UserParking lot had nice lighting and I felt safe leaving my car there. However, the shuttle is very slow. Waited nearly an hour to be dropped off at the airport and an hour to be picked up too.
