Left my vehicle thier several times and never had a problem or any damage. Shuttle for pick up to and from airport was prompt. This last time I was gone for 17 days.

I like the convenience it provided. The only thing I'm not happy with is the shuttle is not available early in the morning until 6am. If the facility is open 24/7 and people can make reservation 24/7 then why wouldn't the shuttle run 24/7. I pay to park at the hotel and if I have to pay someone else to take another transportation to and from the airport seem like a rip off. I would love for you to consider to run shuttle 24/7. Thanks.

The parking and service to the airport was fine and went smoothly. I had to wait over 40 minutes and 2 phone calls for someone to come to pick me up upon my return. I would not use this parking again.
