Everything worked out but I was under the impression that your company took us to the port since I had to give you my cruise information. But Residence Inn would take us but charged $20/pp. so I called Uber and that cost $29 Washington not happy about that.

The service was wonderful. The staff at the Residence Inn were helpful and the shuttle to the airport was on time and we were picked promptly for the return trip. I would definitely book again.

Just easy. Not difficult at all. I've stayed at this hotel for work, and a was comfortable leaving a personal vehicle.

This was the first time I used this parking service. It is absolutely great!! I made the purchase online which was quite easy. The hotel is minutes off I95. On arrival, I spoke to the front desk attendant who confirmed my payment. I parked my car, placed the parking card on the dashboard and the airport shuttle was there in 5 minutes. No hassle whatsoever! Great experience and I will certainly use again!

Easy and smooth process. Called the hotel a day before to confirm we were good to go. Receptionist was pleasant asked our party size and gave all instructions. Upon arriving to the airport the driver was also very helpful and told me when I come back just call the hotel and click the shuttle option and they will direct you which they did.

Parking is very convenient. Very friendly staff and shuttle is always available.
