My experience with this hotel parking was exceptional. The staff at the front desk was very kind and the shuttle was very professional. Our return flight was delayed and the shuttle returned after their stop time to pick us up.

I felt safe leaving my car there. The only issue we had was how to get there...we saw a parking structure on our right and kept having to get tickets to get through the areas.

Hello! We missed the first shuttle from SNA because of our own inattention. Once we got back to Sonesta the car was safe but as we chose to park under a tree a bumper crop of bird droppings was found on the car. Next time I park there I will be more careful on selecting a parking stall.

This was a great experience. I was able to use the shuttle to the airport and the hotel staff was very very nice. I told my friends and family about the hotel and the parking. I would definitely recommend this parking service.
