Hello! We missed the first shuttle from SNA because of our own inattention. Once we got back to Sonesta the car was safe but as we chose to park under a tree a bumper crop of bird droppings was found on the car. Next time I park there I will be more careful on selecting a parking stall.

This was a great experience. I was able to use the shuttle to the airport and the hotel staff was very very nice. I told my friends and family about the hotel and the parking. I would definitely recommend this parking service.

Easy location, near airport w/ plenty of parking. Shuttle drop-off every 1/2 hour. Pick-up was a phone call away.

Check in was easy. Front desk was very helpful, and our shuttle driver was friendly and got us to the airport safely. He even made sure we had our seatbelts on. When I was leaving, had an little trouble getting out, but I pushed the help button, and the gate opened. I did get a little lost finding the hotel, but that could be because of my directions. All in all a good experience.

All in all it was a good experience. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because it took forever to get a ride out to the airport and upon arrival I kept getting put on hold several times when I called for a pick up. I was on a tight time schedule. There is no covered parking which I would have liked and was told was available. I would leave my car here again- it was safe the price was right. Thanks.
