"Arriving at Sonesta, parking and riding to MIA was easy enough, thank you. The only problem was that we could not flag the Sonesta shuttle upon returning from our trip. The shuttle stayed in the left lane and just zoomed past. We had to call Sonesta and wait for the next shuttle..."

"Overall, I would use this location to park again. I was a bit confused because we waited to be picked up in Zone 5, so I'm not sure if they did not see us. There were 4 of us standing in the back of the van to place our luggage there, and the driver drove off. The second time, they just drove by without pulling into the lane. It was frustrating, but thinking about it later made me chuckle. "

I. moreno
