Came back on the 14th rightway parking was there when I got there and there when I got back on time less than five minutes to airport, I highly appreciate the service. I highly recommend. Verified UserI use rightway often because it is so convenient to the airport and economical to boot. I absolutely love the fact that my car is indoors, out of the sun and protected from dust and dirt, unlike the other similarly priced lots i used in the past around the SJC airport. The only improvement i could suggest is making clearer signage for the entrance from 1st St. By the way, the employees are efficient and thorough, we only waited

The driving is fast and choppy...one, slow it down with smoother acceleration and braking...two, when flying out of Terminal A, drop there first rather than terminal B and than looping back around to Terminal A...priority should be to get departing passengers to their terminal first, and the worry about picking up returning passengers
