Overall good experience, but two areas could use improvement. The driving is fast and choppy...one, slow it down with smoother acceleration and braking...two, when flying out of Terminal A, drop there first rather than terminal B and than looping back around to Terminal A...priority should be to get departing passengers to their terminal first, and the worry about picking up returning passengers

Spring Park Garage was extremely easy to use. We arrived at 4am for a very early flight, and the shuttle was ready within 10 minutes. Same on our return trip which was in the afternoon, just a quick phone call and the shuttle came within 10 minutes. The driver was polite and helped us with our suitcases. The parking attendant was also friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Spring Park Garage.
