Parking was easy. I had an issue getting into my account to pull up the bar code The people at Rightway Parking helped out and everything when well. Best rates I found, just had to walk a little, wasn't bad, nice views and safe.

Booking this was easy, but trying to get the QR code which is necessary was not. The first call back to Rightway Parking informed me I needed to get it from the garage itself. That is incorrect information as this particular parking garage never answers the phone nor replies to voice messages left on their recording. Get the QR code from Rightway Parking and you are all set. Make sure you enter the 2nd garage entrance (not the one with the driveway sloping down) with the crash gate that will open once you scan your QR code on the LCD display. Another QR receipt is spewed from the machine and that will allow you to exit the garage. For covered parking so close to the cruise terminal I recommend this garage.

Tried to exit parking garage using ticket, and it declined it. There was no one on site to assist so make sure you have the company’s phone number. I tried it a couple more times out of frustration and then it finally worked. Great price for parking though!

The garage was relatively easy to distinguish with the colorful facade. There was staff on site when I arrived and departed from the garage. This was a good thing because the QR code reader for the prepaid parking didn’t work. An attendant had to help me get in. Then the receipt ticket I was given wouldn’t read to let me out. So again a garage attendant had to help and even engage a remote help desk to validate that I had prepaid and open the gate. The garage seemed safe and not overly busy. I had no problems Finding a spot and there were elevators on each floor.
