Complimentary shuttle for 4 passengers. Any additional passenger will be an extra $10 per person.
The first shuttle for passengers embarking on the ship is at 10 am.
Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes thereafter.
Last shuttle is 2:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS
The first shuttle for pick up is from the ship to the parking location is at 8 am.

We were in Miami the weekend of the Hurricane Milton hitting the East Coast & Tampa Port being closed the City was extremely busy but things went so smooth with RightwayParking & shuttle was very impressed with the service!!

Location and price were perfect. Confusing regarding where to check in due to different names on business door. Also, no notification to bring parking stub to office for validation upon final payment. This information could have easily been included in the email. Did not need to show email as stated upon check in. When calling for pick up to return to parking garage, the woman who answered the phone told us to go to a taxi pickup location which was incorrect. The driver walked over to where were and brought us to where the van was. There was no notice that that was where we were supposed to wait. Driver was awesome! Hauling luggage and a great smile on his face!

Close proximity although had difficult time finding. Would have appreciated directions. Great driver on shuttle. Would use again. Pickup went fairly well although we did have to wait for a van that had been to another ship.

As always the staff is so very polite and helpful. As I just bought a new car I was so happy with the space I found and felt good that it would be safe. The ride to and from the port was quick and easy. See you in December.

I almost stopped cruising Miami because the parking is normally a total disaster and a nightmare. Safecruise Parking did a fantastic job in every way and I will use them always from now on. They get my highest rating

PERFECT!!! Used them for a cruise. I had misplaced my keys & they went out of their way to help me. Mind you that I was already boarded on a boat but had not left the dock yet yet. I called & explained my problem & they did everything they could to help me. Called me back several times to give me updates before the ship left. Crazy thing is...I had my keys the whole time. Their customer service was perfect. I'm planning on using them again.

The staff at Safe Cruise Miami Cruise Parking were professional and courteous. They quickly took care of our baggage and vehicle without any confusion. My only thoughts are that they were a little too quick...Lol. I was not prepared to relinquish my vehicle so fast without looking over everything...Just my last minute, frantic need to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything for our trip. Next time I will be more prepared, I hope. All in all, great service!

A completely satisfying experience. Relatively easy to reach from I-95 with friendly and efficient check-in experience. Acceptable waits for transport vans each way. My understanding from a fellow customer is that this unit is family run and I'd be delighted to continue to support them!! Will absolutely use them again for any other cruises leaving Miami
