"The covered parking garage was convenient and easy to find. The driver was very gracious and helpful. Clear directions and very friendly. A short drive to the cruise terminal and baggage handling was very professional. Upon our return the driver was there to greet us and escorted us to the van for the return to the parking garage. Another friendly and professional driver and he got us back to the garage safe and sound. I would definitely consider Safe Cruise Parking for my parking needs for future cruises. It was a pleasure to deal with such professional and courteous employees."

A. Heyman

"I was very pleased with the parking experience, both on the entering part and the returning part. It was a pleasure parking in an inside garage. I will be cruising out of Tampa in February, and would like to know if you have the same kind of facility there."

P. ricci

"We traveled on 5/30/26, we arrived at the facility parked with no issues and the wait time for the shuttle was less than 10 minutes for the pick up and departure. I would definitely recommend and use this service again. "

L. Mutcherson

"The parking process went very smoothly. We didn’t have to wait long going or returning. My only concern was the reservation cancellation policy. For that reason I will not use Rightway again "

R. Mathisen

"I took a Norwegian cruise out of Miami and I live in. Bonita, Springs drove across alligator alley and parked at Rightway parking. Rightway parking is my normal go to when we cruise out of Miami. We have used Rightway parking several times in the past and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the service of the staff from the time I make the reservation to pulling into the garage, getting on the shuttle bus to the ship and then upon return being picked up was extremely easy and back to the garage, went smoothly and quickly upon arriving in the garage the service was amiable and quick. I am very happy to recommend Rightway parking for all of my parking needs in and around the port of Miami or the Miami airport thank you to Rightway parking. You did a great job for me."

D. Silva

"Going to port and back was a great experience. No issues at all. Only small issue was finding the office. It's on the side of the building but there are no signs anywhere."

R. Fuster

"Very efficient and right on for taking you to the port and picking you up"

K. Collett

"Right way is always my go to when I cruise out of Miami. The staff is friendly and the place is easy to find. "

"My experience was amazing and everyone I met in office was nice. If I ever need to park again I will definitely reach out again. My truck was just as I left it and I was parked right next to office and entrance. See you next time! Thank you for everything!"

W. Pritchett

"The reservation email had so much information. The experience was easy. The location wasn’t all that great and if a young lady hadn’t seen me looking for the correct turn in, I might have passed it. Once I arrived, payment was easy and my luggage was handled with care. The wait in the van was a little long but I knew it was to get a full van. The pick up at the cruise port was so easy! I called and within 20 minutes, I was picked up. This parking experience was awesome and I will use them again."

L. Spencer

"A great place to park for cruising. Traffic is hectic around Miami. Their whole team will help get you to where you need to go. I will definitely use them in the future."

"Easy in and out. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking garage parking spaces and not outside which is great. Also close proximity to cruise port. Shuttle service ready when we arrived and also quick pick up on return. Would definitely recommend to other travelers needing a place to park. "

R. Brown

"They were down one van due to it being in a wreck. Not sure why they wouldn’t rent one. There is no restroom facility."

L. Smith

"We were happy. Process smooth. Great location of garage. Drivers friendly and courteous. Only things was return trip from ship to garage. The van was almost impossible to get into the tight seats. We were lucky in front row. People picked up after us really struggled to get into the back seats. This shuttle had no center aisle. Would def use them again. "

D. Seitz

"This is the second time we have used Safe Cruise and both times the experience has been good. The trip to the port was a bit difficult, but not through any fault of Safe Cruise. Traffic was heavy because of construction at the port and numerous ships sailing that day. Pickup at the port on our return was easy and quick. We will definitely use Safe Cruise next time we sail out of Miami."

S. Brite

"Fairly easy process. Great location. Friendly workers. Quick pickup and drop-off."

C. Myers

"Getting to the location earlier in the day is strongly advised. There can be a wait for the shuttle of a couple hours during peak times. Traffic going to the cruise terminal is abysmal. After the cruise, the return trip was flawless: quick pick up at 0730, no traffic on our Sunday morning, pleasant driver, but again, go early. Good place to park for your cruise. "

P. OKeefe

"parking was great traffic was terrible "

W. siegworth

"Traffic was terrible and we waited a long time for the shuttles, but the drivers were all very friendly and helpful! And I'm very happy that I did not have to drive in all of that traffic and construction."

J. Gruver

"Check in was quick on first floor. As one van and trailer left, another pulled up, loaded quickly and arrived at the docks shortly after. Same quick experience returning! Awesome experience all around."

R. Wolfe

N. Carter

"Great place to park for your Miami Cruise. Indoor covered parking garage, reasonable price everyone friendly and courteous. Did not have to wait long either direction to and from ship."

R. Davis

"We received great service. Booking online was easy and could be done any time of day. We booked our parking 4 months before our cruise. Transportation to and from the pier was fast and efficient. The girl in the office was very nice and politely answered all questions. This is the third time we used this parking garage. We will use them again."

D. Brescia

"Very prompt pick up after our cruise. Parking was safe and in a covered lot "

D. Darby

"Parking was easy, getting out was somewhat easy."

E. Anderson

"I totally recommend Rightway Parking with the Safe Cruise Miami garage. It is very close to the port. Staff is friendly. Easy to reserve. I no longer have any stress about what to do with my car when cruising out of Port Miami. "

M. Rifkin

"Close to port and friendly service. Issues with shuttle back as there was not one available and were told to use taxi and we would be reimbursed. Upon arrival we were told that since we booked through a third party reimbursement was not possible. Given a 50% off voucher for future use instead. "

R. Alban

"Excellent service and the best transportation, very professional "

A. Enriquez

"It was a flawless experience. Everything went smoothly and I was very impressed with the service."
