Easy in and out - great customer service on a Sunday morning when I called. Very secure and convenient to the port.

The process was easy to book, close to the cruise terminal a 5-10 min UBER. The QR code in the email receipt confused me a bit. I thought I needed it when I went into the garage, but it turns out you don’t need it until you exit. When you get to the garage, you simply hit the button and take a ticket like you would normally do. After coming back from the cruise, but QR code would not work on the way out. I simply pressed the call button a very friendly woman helped, but I needed some of the information that came on the email I received after I paid online. As soon as she had the info, she opened the gate remotely and was a pleasure to talk to.

Very convenient garage to port and preferred using Uber over shuttles. The entrance to the garage was a bit confusing. There were several cars backed up. Had to call attendant. Also our QR code didn’t work when exiting and took a while to get attendant and had to provide a lot of information. Luckily I had the original email confirmation.

Only trouble when leaving the code bar would not work on their scan had to verbally give them reservations number

All was fine except the QR code did not work to leave. We had to contact help via the push button and give all our info on our email receipt for them to lift the gate to let us out

The price and location are great. It is a bit confusing so be prepared.

Everything went smoothly, no issues.

We parked no incident… we came back and realized we had lost our email to leave parking deck. We called the help desk and they were able to bring us right up and let us out. Will pack here again.

Parking was very easy and the service was excellent.
