Reserve parking at Miami Cruise Ship Parking

We liked the option of off-site cruise parking and the location was easy to find. It was a gated lot, but was open during the day. We did take note of many vagrants and probable drug use around this particular area. We had to get our uber to and from the terminal, so that was an extra expense. Our car was safe when we returned and we saved some money parking off-site in this lot. I may shop around for another location next time. I suggest adding transportation in the fee. That would be so convenient.

Perfect choice for cruise parking

Everything was fine except the address of where to park which made it very confusing. The address at the physical location is different than what is on your printout. Also, there are no signs stating that you are at Miami Cruise Ship Parking. Only signs that you need to enter your license plate and pay like it's a city parking lot. Very confusing. I also had to call a couple numbers to see if I was in the right spot. Other than that everything was fine.

I would park here again. The address didn't match what was on the website and it seemed a little strange that there was no one there to "check you in". But after calling Rightway customer service they assured me I was in the right place and that, as long as my license plate matched what was on the reservation, I was good to go. It's surrounded by a white wall and there is a security gate that, I'm assuming closes at night. After a week, my car was still there, nobody messed with it and it even still had gas in it!

Easy to get to location, about 10-15 minutes to the port. Depending on traffic at the Port of Miami. Could use some signage in the parking lot, letting customers know they are in the right location. Otherwise, I would park there again.

We used this on our recent cruise out of Miami. The booking was easy and the price was very reasonable. The parking area was easy to find and felt the car was in a safe location. We experienced no issues at all and would recommend them. We will also definitely use them again if a need arises.

Easy to park. Close to the Port of Miami, and much of the city. Convenient and reasonably priced. I definitely will use Rightway Parking.
