I highly recommend this facility. It's clean, safe, and conveniently located. The driver promptly loaded my luggage onto the mini-van, drove to the port, and removed the luggage. On my return, another driver reversed the process. I'm satisfied with the service and the facility.

This was our 1st time using this facility. Our GPS found the location easily. Attendants at the garage directed us to the 7th deck where we parked. After unloading our luggage, 3 shuttle vans arrived and all of the awaiting passengers boarded while the driver stowed our luggage in van. It was a short ride to the Port of Miami and the passengers of the van were dropped off at each terminal of their cruise line. Driver was very polite and professional. He unloaded our luggage for the porters and we were on our way to board the ship. After returning from the cruise, the shuttle van arrived within 10 min. and we were on our way to the garage to retrieve our car. We have used Rightway Parking for years and they do a great job for all of our cruise departure locations in Florida. A very good experience!

Thank you for finding such an excellent place for us to leave our car while we cruised from Miami for four weeks! Parking in Miami is expensive and hard to find, but you found a reasonable, clean, safe, indoor garage for us to use that we could have never found on our own. (I parked in a similar facility the night before for $36.00 for three hours!) The garage was easy to find, well staffed with pleasant people who directed us to our reserved area. Shuttle service was almost immediate. When our cruise was over, we followed the directions given to us at drop-off and were only a few steps from our return shuttle. We found our car exactly as we had left it. This was as easy and pleasant an experience as we could ever hope to find. Price for parking was very reasonable - and there were various descriptions to choose from. Thanks for providing this service!

Best place to park when going on a cruise. Close to port and the staff are very professional and helpful. Covered parking easy to get in and out. Shuttle service is always ready to take you to and from the port.

OK experience when I finally found the right garage. Booked in sept. or oct. company moved before jan, 27 . No e-mail , call or written heads up. Some kind of problem with every booking. Very disconcerting. Parking is almost a reason to never go on a cruise again. South Florida urban area is a real traffic nightmare, especially for those unaccustomed to it. Delivery and pick up was timely and rhe price was resonable.

This was our best parking experience in Miami yet. Easy instructions and great service on the van shuttle. We were out of the parking garage and on our way home within a half hour after leaving the ship.
