Verified UserReally easy booking online. We parked at the Westin at DFW, and parked anywhere on the lot, took the shuttle at the top of the hour as indicated. Shuttle driver couldn’t access Terminal C so we had to take the Skyview…Reminder to please call the hotel upon returning so they know you are waiting for pick up. Overall, so easy and inexpensive. I’ll use them every time.

Because of the weather in Texas, I had to extend my stay for an extra three days, and it was handled with no issues at all. Booking online is easy, and customer service is just as great friendly representatives who are happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend parking at one of their preferred hotels instead of the airport. The shuttles are reliable, on time, and make getting to and from your car hassle-free.

Verified UserOn our first pick up before taking the plane, excellent. Howwever, we called the hotel and asked to picked up and this is what happened: We saw the hotel van and started to get in. The driver of the van spoke very accented English. Hard to understand him. A large group of (what I gathered later) from Salvador, started to ask him questions and show him papers while we waited. The driver told them to get in. All 13 or so of them. He spoke to us in a discourteous manner and commanded we get in the van. We arrived at the Westin and they went in to register. I had a feeling that this group of young men and women were coming with work visas to work at some hotel. that's OK except we noticed upon arriving at the Westin that other smaller vans were getting back, empty. It was after midnight. What we didn't like was the disrespect towards from the driver. Also, he wouldn't stop speaking Spanish to listen to our question and resorted to "ordering us" to just get in. If he had clear orders to pick up these people, he should have asked us if we were that group. We are both very anglo looking with Tumi luggage and well dressed. Perhaps he was a bit discombobulated. No excuse for bad manners. BTW, we tipped him $5.00 for two small Tumi suitcases. Sorry to give the bad news.

Verified UserThe only thing I have to say is don’t miss your early morning shuttle to the airport because you have to wait another hour to catch the next one. We had to get a Lyft could not wait an hour.
