Shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The shuttle runs every 15 minutes between 4:00 AM - 12:30 AM.

Shuttle is On-damand outside of those hours. 

Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

It was good but when I first obtained this parking I realized you had said I was coming in the first day at 3:00pm. I called you and said, "That is incorrect. I said I was coming at at 6:30pm". I called Rightway Parking and was told by an agent "That's no problem" I said are you certain? Well it was a problem at Aloft Westin and they made it good

The parking and shuttle were great, our only problem (and this happened last visit as well) was the reader on the entry gate would not scan my or my wife's phone. Minor inconvience but an inconvience anyway.

Gate did not work with my QR code so I had to pay again to get in. Upon return, staff was very nice to give me a refund on the full price entry.

Easy, safe & convenient parking. My only snag was getting the entrance scan to work...it didn't. I pulled a ticket & the Aloft hotel staff was kind & advised me all was well & issues resolved upon exit 5 days later. I will use the lot in the future. Thank you for an easy parking experience...
