Verified UserThe parking and shuttle were great, our only problem (and this happened last visit as well) was the reader on the entry gate would not scan my or my wife's phone. Minor inconvience but an inconvience anyway.

I pulled a ticket & the Aloft hotel staff was kind & advised me all was well & issues resolved upon exit 5 days later. I will use the lot in the future. Thank you for an easy parking experience...
