Everything went well. The only exception is that when I arrive there was some confusion between the driver and the pick up time and I ended up waiting about 45 to 50 minutes when my initial quoted wait time was 20.

Great pricing! I didn’t realize how far away from DTW it was so it was, so I was unaware of the longer commute time and wait time for the shuttle to return back and forth for pickup at the hotel or airport on landing. I will use this service again. The shuttle driver was friendly and a safe driver.
