Great pricing! I didn’t realize how far away from DTW it was so it was, so I was unaware of the longer commute time and wait time for the shuttle to return back and forth for pickup at the hotel or airport on landing. I will use this service again. The shuttle driver was friendly and a safe driver.

Was pleasantly surprised, as a first time user of this service. To my surprise the shuttle was at the hotel when I arrived for my departure flight and the return pickup had minimal wait time. Both drivers were very cordial. Happy client.

Very friendly , very little wait to get picked up at the airport and I like that they have your phone number and they call you when they get there so you’re watching for them and you know they’re there

It was a very packed lot, but found a spot. The guy at the desk was very kind. My car was safe and I love parking here!! I've parked here several times with no issues. The guys who drive the shuttle are amazing too!! Thank you!

Had a great experience! I had called ahead to ensure that someone would be waiting for me. I was supposed to arrive an hour before. As soon as I arrived the driver immediately took our bags, chatted with us and was super friendly! He definitely need an impression on my kids because they remembered him when we arrived back! Service with a smile and very helpful and kind. I definitely will be using this service again!
