Everything went well. The only exception is that when I arrive there was some confusion between the driver and the pick up time and I ended up waiting about 45 to 50 minutes when my initial quoted wait time was 20.

Great pricing! I didn’t realize how far away from DTW it was so it was, so I was unaware of the longer commute time and wait time for the shuttle to return back and forth for pickup at the hotel or airport on landing. I will use this service again. The shuttle driver was friendly and a safe driver.

Was pleasantly surprised, as a first time user of this service. To my surprise the shuttle was at the hotel when I arrived for my departure flight and the return pickup had minimal wait time. Both drivers were very cordial. Happy client.

Very friendly , very little wait to get picked up at the airport and I like that they have your phone number and they call you when they get there so you’re watching for them and you know they’re there
